Your investment, simplified
We've budgeted $20,000,000 for a new build Viking 90 Sky Bridge, equating to $5,000,000 per shareholder. Funds not spent will be used to outfit the yacht, and the balance will be refunded. Your costs, clear and transparent
Projected total cost for a four-year program: New build yacht $5,000,000. Fixed and operational budgets $2,680,000. Estimated sale of yacht $16,500,000 means a return of $2,320,000. Now you know your estimated four-year costs!
Owners will be responsible for all yacht expenditures during their time on board. Example: dockage, fuel, food, area requirements, etc.
If requested these costs will be paid from the Yacht's operating Account with the understanding an invoice will be submitted to owner for payment.

Your Personalized Itinerary
Now comes the exciting part: where do you wish to visit? We need you to provide eight destinations you wish to visit, yearly. This will occur at the beginning of every year. From your selection and those of the three other owners, we will then develop the yearly schedule.
A cycle consists of each owner spending one week aboard the yacht (4 weeks) and another week to relocate to the next location. This concludes the five-week cycle. During relocation, both crews will be aboard.
Each Captain will provide a thorough inspection listing items needing repairs and a checklist of pass items being corrected. During this week the yacht will undergo through cleaning. Then it begins anew. Captains will rotate every two weeks.
